Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are non-refuable these are including the following - any Sale Item, Gift Vouchers and any chemicals / liquids that have been opened and used.

Refund policy is valid for 30 days, if this time frame as already elapsed since your purchase unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange for your order.

If you are eligible for a return or refund, your item/s must be in there original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.

Returning your item/s

If you are eligible (please read the above) you should return your item/s to the following address: High Definition Detail, Unit L11 Bromcliffe Business Park, Burton Road, Barnsley, S71 5RN.

The customer is responsible for paying the return postage for any returning item/s, goods or products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are eligible for a refund for your order postage costs wont be refunded and will be deducted.

If you are returning a product or order we will only accept the return if you are using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
