Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are non-refuableย these are including the following - any Sale Item, Gift Vouchers and any chemicals / liquids that have been opened and used.
Refund policy is valid for 30 days, if this time frame as already elapsed since your purchase unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange for your order.

Returningย your item/s
If you are eligible (please read the above) you should return your item/s to the following address: High Definition Detail, Unit L11 Bromcliffe Business Park, Burton Road, Barnsley, S71 5RN.
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage for any returning item/s, goods or products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund for your order postage costs wont be refunded and will be deducted.
If you are returning a product or order we will only accept the return if you are using a trackable shipping service.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
