Christmas Opening Hours, Delivery Cut-Off Times & Holiday Shipping Information
Below you will find our Christmas & New Year Opening and dispatched times and dates, would like to inform our customers that online orders will continue to be shipped and dispatched throughout the Christmas and New Year period. However, please be aware that there may be minor delays with couriers (Royal Mail and Parcelforce) during this time.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive within the usual timeframe due to courier delays. To assist with your planning, please refer to the "Shipping Deadline" (right hand side below product title) section on each product page for details on shipping and dispatch dates.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Times
To ensure your orders arrive in time for Christmas, please note the following cut-off times for delivery:
- Parcelforce: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Monday, 22nd December.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on Friday, 19th December.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 17th December.
Please note: Any orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
